Question left hand vs right hand - HELP!

Guys
I don't know crap about cars! I have a 1994 Honda Prelude VTEC that is a right-hand drive. I am trying to get a pair of ball joints and tierods for it. I am in America and went to a parts place that has these parts. However, they could not tell me if the one they had was for a left hand drive, for a right hand drive, or if it fits both.

So, my question is whether there is a different set of ball joints (and to that matter, tierods) for the left hand drive Prelude or is it the same that fit both?

Thanks!!

Me: No you idiot.
Him: Sorry, I've never replaced an O-Joint before
Me: FAIL
