Hi -
Just Married. Wife's '97 Concorde 3.5L quit in a parking lot last night. She said it had started as if the battery was poor a few times in the last week.... When i got there the battery was fine. The car would not crank. Batt is good, Cables are tight at batt and starter.... All dash and relays seem fine. I swapped the starter relay... Jumping solenoid at starter I got no crank but did have voltage. I'm not familiar with Chrysler as I work for GM... Any suggestions? THANKS! Mike |

Re: '97 Concorde 3.5 No Crank No Start
I would start with checking the the connections on the battery for corrosion. If they are corroded, that will give you some of the symptoms you are describing. Next I would pull the starter and have it checked at a parts stores like O'reilly or Advanced Auto, its free. Then I would have the battery checked for the strength of its cranking amps. A battery can be fully charged but not have the juice to crank over the engine. Good Luck.
