96 civic shaking on accel.

hey all, After rebuilding the engine. replacing the drive shafts my car is shaking the faster i get. i think its the tires being out of balance, but when im braking the shakes go away. not sure what it could be now. HELP!

ps there is a lil rust on the rear brakes from sitting all winter and thinks that, that could be as well, but wants to know what u guys think. and i chacked the hubs in the front, jacked the car up and the wheel and hubs dnt move at all.
