93 Accord LX Trouble

There is something wrong with my car for starters in the morning it'll go on for about 5 seconds and then the check engine light, oil, and battery light all flash and it'll complety shut the car off. often times while I am driving it'll do the exact samething. Another weird thing is that everytime i start the car up the clock resets to 1:00 I'm not really sure what can be wrong with it i was thinkin somethin electrical i check the fuses but they looked fine. Another thing is that my old radio stopped recieving power and so i figure i'd replace it and well that one has no power either. i figure these might all be connected some how but i really dont know anyone with and ideas or suggestions let me know thank yuh.
