01 mustang misfire need help

Its a 2001 mustang 3.8l has misfire without check engine light. done plugs wires fuel filter the miss is off idle and in the higher gears it a 5 speed any ideas?

Check your wires again, just to be sure the firing order is correct. Was it misfiring before you replace the plugs and wire??
