95 ranger

I have a 95 ranger and the heater blower only works on the 2 highest speeds

Hey I had a 1993 ranger and i have a 1995 ranger now and they both do it. I talked to my friend who is a mechanic for my local ford dealership and he said thats the case with all of them. Its just a poor design, so in short dont worry there is nothing wrong.
