on 1990 honda accord standard shift please help

Don't know for sure where it is on a manul transmission, but I would bet it is not much different then an automatic. Look on the passenger side of the car between the firewall and the transmission down low. It is mounted on a device that has two small hoses and has a connector on top. It points straight up and is held with 2 screws. Don't remove the unit that has the hoses attached, only the top unit.
