I've only heard good things about it, not anything excellent, but not anything bad like them stealing their shit back.

Hey DO NOT GET A SWAP FROM THEM!!!!! My buddy got his done there and he just blew a piston. When they took the engine apart they found chuncks of metal in the piston like screw heads and what not. Also there was a bolt in his oil pan and it wasn't any normal bolt it looked like something that would of fallen off a wood porch. About the stolen stuff there I've heard rumors of things happening. But i don't know if they are true. As for the swap I would go to Plus One motorsports or Alta Sports. If you have any questions im me and i'll get back to you.

There is a new import shop in Vancouver, WA called HyperREV Performance. I was at the Dick Hannah AutoMall the other day and they were selling some of HyperREV's products in their showroom. I checked them out and the sales people were really nice and they seem to know a lot about import cars. They actually pay attention to what you have to say, not about how much money you have. They are located about a mile from Dick Hannah at 2802-C NE 65th Ave. Their phone is (360) 695-3390. Its nice to see more import shops opening up its just more competition and better pricing for us!:flash:

has anyone heard anything about Drag Tec?
its affliated with Speed Concept. SC doesnt do motor swaps and high perf. engine building, but this place does. i went to SC and one of the employees told me this. both are in Aloha.
:licker: < this doesnt mean anything, i just thought it was hillarious.

Ground Zero is where I would go if I didn't do my swap myself. I went into Fastrak and they had a bad attitude when I was just asking some questions about parts. GZ is really cool, and extremely helpful

the guys at ground zero are really cool but they're not exactly synonomous with high quality. granted, i do most of my shopping there but when it comes to something like a swap i would look into drag-tec. im not saying drag-tec is all that great, cuz i dont know for sure, ive just heard. but i would at least check it out. my friend got a b16 in his integra via gz and they screwed him on the price...but as far as i know they did a pretty good job.
basically you can ignore all i said, as long as you do your research.

I too have heard pos/neg about FasTrak, but, in my opinion, id deal with Ground Zero also. Ive done my last couple of projects with them and they really do kick ass, not to mention they were really helpful and somewhat curteous. and boy have i delt with some assholes or complete dumbasses. Also Alta out in beaverton is pretty good... though i havent been there YET.

GREY16 IS A FUCKING RETARD

yea man, they found metal in the piston itself, never heard of that...yea dude you can also "blow" a piston huh? good job bro, you dont know jack. DRAG-TEC is the best place to go for engine swaps, without a doubt. peace

Hey, Speed Concepts is decent. They do a good job, but they slack so you've got to call and check up on your gear. Anyway, if you decide to go there let me know, I'll hook you up. Thanks
