2000 Neon-code P1687 Cluster

No Mic Bus Messege -failed Instrument Cluster Module ,works Fine For About 48 Hours ,then Everything Goes Crazy Again ,after Changing Out Cluster or disconnecting battery.ecm is not recieving message from cluster module.Any suggestions would be apprieciated. Thanks.

I have read before about the a ground that may need to be tightened...the one from the pcm to the grounding strap bolt next to the radiator. Tighten it a quarter turn, unplug the battery to re-set the PCM.
