'05 tahoe code po480

gote fault code po480 cooling primary circuit condition, the left fan does not work, right one does, changed relays, there is no power at the wire connector on left fan or in the wire, the ground wire is grounding, no juice on positive wire, no blown fuses don't know what to check now

What was the trouble code exactly ??

And have you checked all your fuses for the fans ??

I'd also inspect the wires thru the harness.

most likely the fan is shorted out....also the fan diodes could be shorted ,,, that prevent reverse voltage on shut down ...remove the connector at the fans and using an ohm meter measure the fwd/reverse resistance of both ,,using the low ohms scale on meter ...if it reads very low or zero ohms then this is most likely the problem...

did you just have some work done on this vehicle ?
