Want to put a trailer hitch, whats a good one?
I have a 97. I would like to put on a trailer hitch. I once saw one (not for Lesabre) on a car, they had it hooked on the body, with it bolted on to the bumper. This way the bumper was solid on the car, no cushion.
I did not like that way at all. I would not put that kind on my car. Does anyone know of a good one? Don't want to spend to much. Mostly for a bike rack, but who knows, might need it for something heaver in the future. Chris.

The Draw Tite 36216 is just what you are looking for. You have to drill four holes in your "frame" but with the right drill bit it goes pretty fast (use a corded drill, the cordless are largely useless for heavy duty drilling.) Or you can pay someone else to install it. It should take perhaps an hour to install, plus more time for the wiring.

I had a trailer place install a hidden hitch on my park ave. a couple of years ago. I think it was about 180.00 installed.

If it was me I wouldn't tow anything heavy with a LeSabre knowing the reliability liability of the transmissions in these Buicks. It's just not worth it IMO.
U-Haul sells and installs hitches too.
