1993 2.3 fuel pump problems

Hi, i have a 1993 2.3l mustang. the fuel pump turns on and off when its wants to....

(say i drive my car and it will work fine but at some point, somtimes shorter, somtimes longer, the fuel pump will cut off and not turn back on....however it will restart after about 30 mins)

...... i got codes 113 (ACT sensor voltage above normal) and code 998 (hard fault present, engine running in FMEM ((Failure Mode Effective Management)).

I have had the problem since i got the car but it would stop when i changed the fuel filter and not return for about a month. i would change the fuel filter and it would be fine.....but this last time i changed it, it did not help.
PLZ HELP!

Oh and can anyone tell me where the fuel pump relay is?

Sounds like the pump is weak. check relays too.
