Throttle Body v. Intake Spacer

With all the different options out there, is it better to go with a throttle body spacer or intake spacer ? Horsepower, fuel efficiency, and torque keeping in mind is the goal. Are there ones better than the others ? Thx

Normal driving it is best to leave it OEM.
