Crankshaft pulley slipping

Pulley on crankshaft slipping when A/C turned on is there a set screw or key that came loose? 96' Acura TL 2.5 Anyone else have this problem?

Are you sure it's not just the outer part spinning? Sounds like the balancer fell apart to me.
