swaped tcase now trans dont work

ok I have a 94 gmc sierra 4x4 with 5.7L, 4l60e trans. recently my tcase chain decided to put a nice hole in the case so I replaced the tcase and now my trans doesnt work right. It works in reverse and if I put it in OD it doesnt move same thing in Drive, however If I put it in 1st then manually shift from there all the gears work fine, also the torque converter doesnt lockup. Ive checked the trans fuse in the fuse box and the fusable links on the fire wall all are good. I swaped the sensor on the rear of the tcase with the one from my old tcase still nothing. Any Ideas??
