1995 Camaro Radio

I have bought a used Delco factory radio for my car being the one was missing when i bought the car.This wil be the second radio I can not get anything to work I have power and low volume but someone said there may be a computer issue?????Needs to be programmed to the cars computer.Does anyone know anything about this issue and how I might fix it?

what factory radio option did your car have you may not be getting the correct head unit

your car probably originally came with a factory amp. does it say ers on the dash?

yea, i figured. I'm wrong about the ers thing tho, that was for thirdgen's. I just saw the 87 in the name and assumed. afterward I looked at the profile and saw that he/she has an 87 and a 95
