A little performance info needed

I am about to get a 76 280z with 4 speed trans.
I was wondering what this thing would run in the 1/4 or 0-60 for that matter. I know the 4 speed will kill the time, I will swap in a 5 speed as my first upgrade.
Also, Are there any good sites for purchasing cams, engine gasket sets, stroker kits, push rods, rockers...... Just about every internal part for beefing up these motors a little bit?

I think it's somewhere in the 17-18 second range, but check the FAQ, I think there's a nifty little chart in there or something; for all of your performance stuff, you can research products at motorsportauto's Z store (just do a google search or something), but shop around because they sometimes don't have the best prices.
