2002 Lesabre Rain Leak

I have a 2002 Buick Lesabre Ltd which we have had for 6 months. We've never experienced any water leaks, but we've had 2 days of heavy rain and we are getting a leak (drip) thru the headliner just about where the rear corner of the sunvisor rests against the headliner towards the drivers door. The leak (drip) comes from an area about the size of a quarter at the low point of the headliner. The outside of the roof has channels on each side and appears to drain into/behind the poly moulding around the windshield and the rear glass. My question, is there a drain similar to drains they have on some vehicles with sunroofs. By Buick doesn't have a sun roof. Headliner is dry where it meets the front windshield; it is dry to the rear of where the drip is, which has me totally puzzled. Where is the water coming from? Thank you for suggestions!

If you do not have a sunroof, you do not have drain lines in that area. I would suspect the windshield seal as the culprit! You need to take the car to a glass replacement center for evaluation; most of them can replace the seal behind the windshield with new sealant and without replacement of the original glass.
