need info on engine

i have a huge ? i wanna do a engine swap im thinking about the b16a 91-93 with cable tranny now here is the big ? my 94 civic 4dr is an automatic will it be more easier for me to do the cable tranny or the hydolic one plz need info before i buy the whole engine swap that includes complete engine,ecu,alternator,ac compersor,down pipe,fuel rail,axles,5 speed tranny,ditributor,power steering,shift linkage,half shaft,engine wirring harness,throttle body.and all brackets and sensors all for $1720 is itbetter since my car is automatic all i need is the clutch pedal and cable to the tranny any advice
