02 X type doesn't start
I bought a car from Auction without a key that doesn't start and don't know the history of it. Made a key and programmed at the dealer and it still doesn't start. The security alarm light keeps flashing and nothing happens when try to start. Dealer wants $175/hr to trouble shoot. I also have on the display when I turn the ignition On a message about faulty transmission, not sure if it is related.
Any guidance? I'm in the Dallas, TX arear.

Nope. You'll need the special technician tools the Ford dealer has.
