2003 Accord poor gas mileage only 20mpg

I recently bought 2003 accord 3L 60000 miles.
I drive 20 miles to work 75% on highway.. straight clear road...cruise control 68miles speed.
But I get only 21 mileage whereas I expect it to to be atleast 25.
What do I do to increase mileage to 25 .. which is 20% more than current ?
Tire pressure is ok and I dont accelerate too much...

Would changing air / fuel filter improve it 20%? I don't want to spend money unnecessarily...

dude your car is brand spanking new go talk to your dealer 1st, then come over to HT and post the results.

I would check the Air Filter.
