What is your question?

Are you wondering why you have no heat?

Re: 92 4.0 aerostar

I would not recommend the R134 conversion. I tried it with both a 89 & a 91 with lousy results. My 95 Aerostar was R134 to begin with. Anyway, you need to find a competent mechanic. Auto a/c issues and test equipment are way beyond most shade tree mechanics. Sound like you have a variety of problems from possibly a bad compressor and a plugged/ malfunctioning heater system. Take it in or live with it as is.

Re: 92 4.0 aerostar

There are a variety of causes for no heat. Plugged heater coil, malfunctioning switches or relays, bad controls, or a number of things. It's hard to say. If you don't want to take it in then buy a Chilton or Ford service manual and start going through the various tests to isolate the problem.
