I don't know if you know much about sponsorship but it ain't that easy. It takes a lot of $$$ and a lot of exposure. You just can't come into the scene with a bunch of bolt ons and a body kit ( not saying that that's you). But it takes a lot. You have to have something to offer the company. Not just a car for them to dump money into. Do some searches and find out what's out there..

Usually you have to buy their products, with company logos displayed, enter X amount of shows/races (and place) then they will reimburse you a percentage or all the cost. Some will like you and hook you up,don't count on it though. One way is to start local, with a local garage, manufacturer,or shop.Once you and your car have established somekind of reputation, then start leaning towards bigger company's.

Is there any way to have a company/garage sponsor a pretty much bone stock Integra? I was planning on doing aftermarket parts/accessories, and I figured that If I slapped a sticker on my windshield, they'd give me cash or better yet, parts. Im extremely new to this whole deal, so I was wondering if this was at all possible.

Stock,I highly doubt it.Even a paint job,and then advertising the shop would be a start, but unless they are your friend or something, why would someone give parts away? You need to build something that someone can recognize, winning shows, races, something then the company will be able to look at you and your car and say ok maybe we can get some recognition from this guy.It is a competitive world and if your getting in to it now your behind the curve. You gotta hit it hard to get ahead.

Think about that statement again. If it were that easy to get a sponsor, do you seriously think the rest of us would be paying for our parts? I, for one, would have my car covered in sponsor decals so I could have free stuff. It, unfortunatly, just doesn't work that way. Good luck though. Ya never know whats out there. I'm just saying its not as easy as you think.

Suck a few... uhh.. suck a few golfballs through a gardenhose, that's how hard it is, unless you have something to offer the company.
I'd paint my car brown and slap a UPS sticker on it if they paid for my mods.

would a shop be willing to get their name out there by sponsoring a car? Think about it, someone see a really impressive car, and along with it is a sticker saying "YOUR SHOP HERE." Couldnt it work like that, or is that just too easy?
