Mustang Vs. 350z...

...and it even comes with it's own video...SWEEET!

This guy caught up to me on the highway lastnight after we left a large automotive hangout. After the race I talked to him and found out he had a CAI...which really did him no good.

On a side note, I short shifted into 3rd at about 5500 and again into 4th at 5000.

Even the Stig couldnt have saved that race. I'm putting down about 290 rwhp with my mods.

Of course I'm still going out there next weekend. I don't care if all of California burns down(not impossible)...I'm so there.

I was actually hoping to pull a bit harder. This thing has mad tq in second gear now after the tune and cat removal. The throttle response is instant.

Next on the list is an underdrive pulley/electric water pump setup. That'll be worth another 15 or so rwhp. Then after that I'm getting a new set of bump sticks good for about 35 to the ground.

I'm very excite!

Re: Mustang Vs. 350z...

Good kill.
I think we might be a good match but still think you'd pull on me. I have yet to go against a GT mustang of ANY year. I can't seem to get the V8s to play..

Re: Mustang Vs. 350z...

The only stangs I really encounter are the previous generation gt's. Ive been wanting to see how I would do against a current one.

Re: Mustang Vs. 350z...

Aren't those years of 350Z low 14's? Not much for a non moded standard gt mustang to beat even much less yours...

Now if you didn't own him that would be something to talk about.
