Y'all ought to go to the SERCA track event at Buttonwillow this weekend. Introduce yourselves to the guys there. It's fun even to watch, but I'm sure there will be folks who would be happy to give you rides. Just bring long pants and shirts (required). If you have a Snell SA95 or newer helmet, bring that too. In fact, if you have a Snell M95 or newer, they may accept that.

But go! Get to know the rest of the SoCal SR20 community. You'll see some really great rides. Mike Kojima will almost certainly have one of his project cars there. I'll bet "Shaggy" will have his mega boosted 200SX with the GTi-R engine that was in last month's SCC too. I'm pretty certain there will be some G20s as well as SE-Rs (and of course some other cars making up the numbers).

I believe the park is located on the corner of balboa and Victory (Not Positive). The park is located in the San Fernando Valley , i will get directions to a specific area of the park (its huge) post where your coming from for better directions,

Balboa Park is huge..........one side is the kickback side and one side is the sports side..........they have like 10 soccer fields and 6 baseball fields, and basketball courts............on the kick back side there is a pond type of shit where you can rent those pedalling boats.........I would reccomend doing it there but on a day when there is no soccer and shit like that cause it does get packed...........shade is also limited..........it is on Balboa and Victory........kind of close to Universal Studios.......where the 405 and 101 meet......

there wont be any soccer at 5. They leave at around 4:30 Balboa Park is an excellent choice in my opinion.
