Reasons for car alarm going off

I went to a movie tonight and when I got there I made sure I locked my car. After the movie was over I went back to my car, unlocked it from a distance and got in. When I got in the alarm started going off and at first I didn't even realize it was my car, but then I quickly turned it off. I figured I had just forgot to unlock it because I know that with my sister-in-law's you can still open the door after you lock it, the car alarm just goes off. But then I noticed the windshield wipers were on which I'm pretty sure I didn't turn them on because it wasn't raining. A couple of minutes later, just to double check, I locked my car and tried to open the doors but they wouldn't open. Nothing was missing, but then again nothing was in there except my bookbag and deodorant. So what do you guys think, did someone break into my car or was this some freak incident where my alarm randomly went off?

Welcome to AF I B SLAPPIN BOB !

you most likly hit the panic button on your keyfob.

I've done it many times when I have them in my pocket with other items. One day mine went off for over an hour, I thought it was someone else's car.
