Lamp Problem

Hello,

I have a problem with my 99 neon. The right turn signal stopped working (flashes twice normal rate), but the tailight (same bulb) still worked. So I replaced the bulb, same problem. Took that bulb and put it in the other side, and both turn signal and tailight functional.

Trying to decide what to replace next. Likely the socket? Some other wiring problem?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
