SRS Light wont turn off C70 2000

The SRS light on my 2000 C70 will NOT turn off. I have taken it to the Volvo dealership here SEVERAL times already and they turn it off but a month later it just turns back on. Same goes for the check engine light. It drives me nuts to the point where I just want to sell the car although I still love it.

Please take note that although its an "american version" the car is in Cancun, Mexico where my job transfered me. Volvo is not a very well known car here.

Any ideas will be greatly appreciated.
