Hot air blows out driver's floor vent when window opened

1997 Suburban... if running AC, it will be cold in car, but if a window is even cracked open, hot gusty air blows out on me on driver's side floor. Any ideas?

I guess it would be manual. It is not one that you can set a preset temp for it to control by.
