stabilizer bar links

Just want to know before I tear off stabilizer links on front end of envoy if there is anyting a guy should do like blocking or supporting anything. Is a pickle fork required or just heat up nuts with torch, buzz off with impact and beat with hammer? Any info would be appreciated. The annnoying racket from the front end is enough. Thx

Re: stabilizer bar links

i cut mine with a torch just have water hose ready if you do this..air hammer takes longer. and if you do this you might want to have someone put a bar in there if you have to pry sway bar putting new one's on..good luck..
