2000 concorde, wheel hub questions

I need to replace my 2000 concorde front hub assembly, a couple of questions. What is the hub nut size, what is the torque spec and I see it is not locked by a castle/pin. Does the nut lock itself? I've heard of a "previaling lock nut" is it this? If so, I assume the nut must be replaced?
