'95 Cirrus acts like it's flooded since left side hit

My wife hit into another another car at the front of the driver's side fender and now the car is hard to start when it is cold. It acts like it's flooded, I have to hold the pedal all the way to get it going and it chugs. Once it is warmed up, it seems okay and starts right up. Can someone give me an idea on what could have come loose or whatever from the accident?
