Front wheel bearing noise

Hello

I have been trying to figure out which side the noise is comming from on my 88 Grand voyager. Now when I hit about 45-50 km/h going straight down the road it starts it's grouling but when I get up to 70-80 km/h turn the wheel about half way to the left to go with the bend in the road the grouling noise goes away. My guess is that it is the passenger side but it's hard to tell as I can feel it in the floor on the driver side and every passenger I ask to take a listen don't seem to have a clue so any help with this would be greatly appreciated.

My guess would be that it's the driver's side bearing, since when you turn left, the car body rolls right and unloads the left side. Alot of times you can roll the windows down and hear noises much better and be able to spatially locate them (yes, people behind me wonder what the heck I'm doing sticking my head out the window...I'm listening!). First the left window, then the right, then both. Whichever side is the loudest is the culprit.

I would also check the ball joints on that same side as well as the alignment. If they are off, then that results in uneven loading of the wheel bearings. Hope this helps!

Yeah I had the alighnment done not that long ago but the tech told me that I am going to have to replace the inner tierods which I have noticed that they have gotten more play in them just recently so I am going to be looking at replacing them when I go to do the bearing.

Now here is somthing else that I have been thinking that might be part of the cause of the bearing going as soon as it did and that is the rear of the van is on a slant from the leaf being bent from the previous owner. I asked a couple mechanics if this would affect the front end and only one out of three said yes it would and the other two say no but I personaly think it would and cause the load of the van to be uneven just like you said about the balljoint. Well let me know what you think.
