Renault Clio 1.4 RT Power Steering Wanders

I have a clio 1.4rt 1993 and as i drive on the road the car wanders across the road as if the steering is loose.It does have PAS, i can turn the steering wheel about 10 - 15 degrees before the wheel will turn.Can anyone advise me what is wrong and how to fix it?

Hi mate i had the same problem with my renault clio and it was the joint on the bottom of thr steering column if you look at it there will be a thick black rubber if you pull it up and you will see the joint if you hold that joint and move the steering wheel slightly you will feel the movement. hope this helps.
