What's With the #3 Cylinder Misfire?
I too have the dreaded #3 misfire. Changed plugs and wires, replaced all three coil packs, even went back and double checked the plug. Looked good with no cracks or anything. Bought a new injector and regulator hoping it'll help. Plan on driving from NC to Daytona in July and don't want to have any problems. What else could I be missing?

Did you do a compression check yet?
What year GP do you have, What motor? Do you have any modifications? If compression looks good, check for proper PCM injector pulses.
