What's your MPG's on the 4.6L engine in this vintage of truck ('01-'03)? Thanks.

It should be 18-23 depending on whether it is driven in the city or on the highway. It's a pretty heavy truck so I wouldn't expect much more than this.

Re: 2001-2003 F150 4.6L Gas Mileage

That's a significant improvement from my 2001 Dodge Ram 1500 with the 5.9L, I'm only getting about 10-13 MPG's, with a recent tune-up. I do tow a boat, will the 4.6 do that job ok?

Anybody towing with the 4.6L? Just wondering how it performs. Thanks for the input.
