mods to a zc what kind of hp will i expect?

This winter I'm rebuilding my zc for the 09 circle track season looking to port head larger thorttle body 60mm. deck head w/ valve job,and rebuild bottom end. reground cam by je. and adjustable cam gears. nothing to exstream. no turbo or nos all motor. does anyone have anything close to this, what sort of hps are you seeing, real #'s now no guessing please oh ya stock rods unless any out there has a good cheap set??thanks
