99 Need Rims... Can it handle 17 OEMs from a 2003 TC?

Hey everyone, I have a 99 TC Touring Sedan. My Factory Rims are all messed up. So I've been eBaying. I have come across Factory OEM Lincoln Town Car rims that are 17" from a 2003 TC(2" bigger than the factory rims I have on mine now) I am going to do some preventitive maintenence and change out most of my suspension this Saturday (struts, springs, ball joints, etc. on the front and back) Will I just be able to throw these new rims on if I buy them? If not, can I change something to make them work? Sale ends in 2 days....

No.

They have a different offset. You would need to get hub spacers.

Hey, what exactly would the offset be for the 99' Rims? I'm trying to get a set of 18" rims, I was told a (-) offset or anything under ~20 would be ok (if spacers are used) Is that correct?
