Chevy 6.5 turbo diesel Truck wont start

Hi.
My Chevy 6.5 turbo diesel truck was working fine but today was a hard day because does not wont to start, i do almost everything indicated on the owners manual but nothing happens.

There is some diferent, i can not hear a loud noise (click) that usually does it wen i turn the key on, would be the glow plug relay click on & off?

Any ideas?

Thanks

I wouldn't think being in Mexico that you'd need the glow plugs at all, they're really only needed in colder climates (but the click could be something else that you need). I'd start by checking all the fuses, maybe someone with diesel experience can advise you on checking fuel pressure. All I know is the pressure is WAY over what gasoline guages go to.
