keyless entry not working

my doors unlock and amber bulbs flashes when lock it amber bulbs dont flash

Check the hood switch. There should be a rubber stopper on the hood that pushes the pin on the hood switch down. This rubber piece sometimes comes off. Mostly I see body shops not replace them when they replace a hood. This is most common. It could also be one of the door jam switches.

what do i do to the switch to check it if no rubber boot how do i fix it

Open the hood. If the rubber stopper isn't on the hood, push down the pin on the hood switch. If you can set your alarm like this, then that is your problem. Buy one from a dealer. Part # 92736-2D000. List is $1.50. If you have that rubber stopper, and pushing down on the pin on the hood switch doesn't change anything, then you either have a bad hood switch, or bad door jamb switch.
