Winter Stoarage - Car wont start

I have a 1998 GT and Nov 1st I filled the tank and added Stabil.
I have a fully charged battery and the car cranks over and even shows oil pressure.
There is no CES light or flashing Theft light.
The problem is the fuel pump is not turning on. I checked power back at the shock sensor in the trunk and at the link to the pump under the bumper. I got no juice. The shock sensor button is pushed in.
The fuel pump fuse has power and I cleaned the spades.
I'm stumped and ready to tow to the dealer but hate to pay the money for something like this.

Should that sensor be pushed in? Have someone get in the car while you lay underneath the gas tank. Tell them to turn it to the run position (not start it) and see if you hear the pump whirring and operating. If not, your pump may be dead from sitting in gas for almost 8 months. Im not sure how long stabil is good for. Hope this helps.
