What size fuse do i need?

I have a 2006 Chevy Malibu and i need to know what size fuse to use for my lighter. I put a 20 amp and it always blows it. Please help me out.

Alwas use the same size fuse the circuit calls for.
What circuit or fuse no is blowing?
What size fuse does the owners manual say for that circuit?

If it is a 20 amp circuit and blowing 20 amp fuse better find the over load.
Check amp draw on that circuit or for short.
