mitusbishi lancer 2003 es auto/ maf sensor

hey i need some help. we just got done puttin on my buddys short ram intake on his car. and the car is lagging (its like the car is hiccuping lol) not only that the service engine light is on and i cant figure it out at all. someone please help. and also it didnt run like that or have the light on before with all the stock piping. so please get back to me asap please.. thanks

there was probably a sensor attached to the factory piping that you either didn't fit back into the short ram or its getting different readings with your new intake and needs to be reset...

i dont claim to know anything about lancers..

thanks.. i reset the ecu. by just unpluggin the battery terminals and it actually works great... lol..thanks alot though much appreciated
