Accord Short Throw Shifter

I was thinking about getting a short throw shifter for my 2000 accord coupe. What is a good brand to look for? What does it mean when it says adapter only, does that mean the throw will be decreased but the length of the shifter or appearance will not change? Because some of the shifters I see are as cheap as $20 and others as much as $150, but the seem to include the same thing.
