1999 Cougar starter removal help.

This will be the second time I have had to remove the starter on this car. The last time someone sent me a link on how to remove it and the link was awesome. It had step for step pictures and all. I remember this being a bear to remove but the link walked me through it real nice. Can anyone send me that link again?

Re: 1999 Cougar starter removal help.

Do a thread search and also a google search. Basically disconnect the battery ground. Use a 1/4 inch drive socket and remove elegctrical wires. Use a 3/8 drive socket an extension longer than the starter and a ratchet.
