stage 2 clutch
i just got done ordering a stage 2 clutch for my 96 eclipse gst. the stage 2 clutch should be fine for my car right?? i was talkin to one of my homeboys and they said hopefully i got enough power or pressure to engage the clutch to seperate so i can switch gears since there it is a hydraulic clutch.. i think it should be ok.. wat do u think?? the clutch is a formula 1 stage 2 clutch and also is a fidanza flywheel coming. and in my eclipse i have a turbo, headers, intake, blow off valve, and thats it i believe. just bought it.

Re: stage 2 clutch
The power of your car has nothing to do with the clutch releasing. The clutch should be fine for your car. The only problem some people get is that they buy a clutch that it to aggresssive for the car and its a pain to drive. The clutch will still operate fine but the engagements may be harsh. You should be fine with a stage 2.
