Re: Golf gti in red

Very nice job, looks pretty hot in red - that is why I painted mine just like yours, it is gonna be finished next week. Nice shine also, but I think you missed the red stripe on the grille though...

Re: Golf gti in red

Very good paint job and very clean build!
I like it a lot.

The only thing that is not perfect are the VW decals, both front and rear, are turned a few degrees anticlockwise.

I try to get as close to the real thing as possible ,and the last 3 new cars i have bought have had either crooked badges or number plates so i think i done quite well to get a 4mm badge crooked

Re: Golf gti in red

Wow! This is really a beauty. Fujimi must have been listening when people complain of wheel size being too small. Not the case with this kit for sure. I love what you did with this kit and red color is great. Got to get mine.

Re: Golf gti in red

WOW! Flawless clean build. That is very nice. Look forward to your R32 as that is the one I am thinking about getting.

Regardless of whether the red stripe is their or not(it's your kit build it as you like) it still looks great!

Re: Golf gti in red

Looks very good.
Especially the paint job is incredible.

Are those the stock rims or did you put these under the car (actually, I don't like 'em too much -> I think they're a tid too big).

Re: Golf gti in red

That is beautiful. The black/white plates look a bit stark to me, but the overall finish is top notch imho, excellent!
