Aftermarket Radio Harness

Can anyone tell me which wire harness to use for my aftermarket radio I bought one from Pep-Boys it was for 1998 to 2004 Ford and Mercury, but when I tried installing it, it did not fit the vehicle connection. Anyone Help!!
