h23 question

Is this what I need to add vtec? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/H22-V...ayphotohosting . And if so would it b worth doing? How much hp and torque would b gained? And wht else would I need besides this? Thanx in advance

if the head even fits on your block, you would also need a vtec ECU, solenoids, and some wiring modification. and make sure that the timing belt is the exact same size between the two motors.

Ok thanks, it says that it will fit the h23 in the description...how much horsepower and torque u think would b gained?...an estimate..
