1989 Honda Prelude Si question

I just purchased this car for $200 although that may seem like a junker, it honestly isn't the car just didn't run "needed a ECU" which i purchased and it runs perfect now, a issue im having with the car is , when i put the headlights down, one will go down as the other will go up, then vise versa, what could be the problem? I was thinking maybe a wiring issue or somtype of internal issue with the headlights themselfs...

And, i was always wondering if anyone had any spare interior pieces that they would be willing to sell, i have a brownish interior , almost like a tan in a way...

Any ideas are welcome..
